KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
>> Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
>> Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set targets.
Marketing & Brand Awareness:
>> Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media strategies to boost brand visibility.
>> Conduct market research to understand customers preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
>> Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the brand and attract new customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
>> Maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups, personalized offers, and excellent after-sales service.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
>> Track sales performances, analyze sales data, and report progress to management.
>> Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Knowledge of traditional marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
